3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or defective product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
- Return shipping address will be provided after your return request is approved.
